Governing Body: The Board of Trustees and Officers

The Bicol River Development Foundation, is governed by a Board of Trustees:

  • Chairman of the Board of Trustees
  • Members of the Board of Trustees

The trustees hold office for one year and until their successors are duly elected and qualified.

For the day-to-day management of the Foundation, the President and Chief Executive Officer oversees the Foundation's.

Commitment to Fiduciary Relations and Transparency

The persons vested with the responsibility to manage the organization exercise fiduciary responsibility to ensure that the mission-vision are realized, the organizational purposes are met, the funds are spent in a manner in which best results are obtained, the funds are expended to the purpose that they were meant for and the whole process is done transparently.

The management ensures that an enabling environment which would promote the overall development of the target group socially and economically so that they can transcend the current barriers and become empowered enough to manage their own affairs.
